Commercial Restoration Project

This project involved a focused restoration effort on a bank, specifically addressing a water leakage issue. Our first step was to carefully remove all the clay roof tiles from the affected area. After the tiles were removed, we identified and replaced all the rotten plywood to ensure the integrity of the roof structure. Following the plywood replacement, we installed new roof felt underlayment, providing an additional layer of protection against future water ingress. The final step was to methodically replace the clay tiles, restoring the roof to its original state while improving its resilience to water damage.
